Equipement

The GenomiqueENS core facility brings together all devices needed for high-throughput sequencing of functional genomic projects. The machines are accessible to any laboratory or private company who wish to use them. There is a free access for the less sensitive machines. For the other devices, more sophisticated, they can be used within a collaboration project or after a training session.

High throughput analyses

High-throughput sequencer – NextSeq 2000 Manufacturer: Illumina Installation: June 2021 Sequencing of up to 1.1 billion parallel reads. From 50bp to 2x150bp reads. Access: only through the platform staff.

Single Cell System – Chromium X/iX Manufacturer: 10X Genomics Installation: November 2023 Can isolate until 10,000 cells in droplets to allow mRNA to be sequenced. Access: only through the platform staff.

Sample preparation

Ultrasonicator – S220 Manufacturer: Covaris Installation: June 2013 Sonication of the samples with a targeted wave that ensures homogeneity and no heating. Allows fragmentation of libraries for high-throughput sequencing and fragmentation of DNA samples for Immuno Precipitation experiments.
